HSE Lead/HSE Manager:
• Qualification: B.E / B Tech Engineering from recognized University/Institution.
One year Diploma in industrial safety is also required.
• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in Health, Safety and Environment management, preferably experience in PMC projects in solar field in must.
• To handle the overall responsibilities HSE activities
• To lead team of HSE Officers.
• Reviewing & verifying, QHSE plan, HIRA, JSA,
• Ensuring TBT, PTW, JSA implementation.
• Finding and preparation of observations, concerns, NC ‘s in case of deviation with respect to HSE requirements
• Attending meetings with EPC, Clients and preparation of PPT
• Conduction HSE induction to all new joiners as per requirements.
• Ensure documentation as per ISO 9001-2015, ISO 14001-2015 & ISO 45001
• Ensure implementation of owners QHSE , Security policy, & EPC contract requirement
• Daily, weekly reports, monthly reports preparation and sending to client.
• Co-ordination with client.
